SPINNING
Group cycling classes for all fitness levels. You control the resistance as we simulate a challenging ride, with great music. Sign-ups are available at the front desk no more than 48 hours prior to class. A towel and water bottle are required & Heart Rate Monitors are suggested.
Spin & Sculpt – includes resistance band training with traditional spinning for the perfect workout combination.
PUMP IT UP
This total body workout program is designed by a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. This class gives you your recommended daily requirement of cardio combined with resistance training. Build cardio fitness and strength while enjoying the music and energy of the class.
PILATES
This class is a series of non-impact exercises performed on a floor mat using your own body weight and gravity to strengthen and lengthen your entire body. You will concentrate on specific movements to develop and maintain physical control while learning to relax and breath, maintain proper posture, increase range of motion in joints, and develop strong abdominal and back muscles.
Pilates Fusion- Incorporates all the benefits of mat Pilates with a fusion of ballet movements.
YOGA
Hatha Yoga is a complete body workout using static and fluid postures. Yoga increases your flexibility and maintains the range of motion in your joints. Yoga creates a stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue.
Restorative Yoga- In this gentle yoga class, you will be supported in every pose so that you can completely relax. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, renewed & restored. This class benefits members of any fitness level. Please bring 3 blankets.
Yoga Flow -A more intermediate level class for those with prior yoga experience. Flowing sequences & more difficult poses.
Mindful Yin Yoga- is a slow mindful Yoga practice that stretches the connective tissues, mainly in the spine and hips while relaxing the muscles. Postures are held for a period of time while the body and mind become peaceful and meditative. Supports such as bolsters, blocks and blankets can be used to keep the body comfortable and still. This style of yoga opens up what is referred to in Chinese medicine as meridians, allowing more energy, prana or chi to flow through these generally tight areas. All of the organs are stimulated through this opening, generating a more healthy balanced body to live in.
LOW IMPACT CARDIO
A 45 minute cardio program with or without the step, designed with all fitness levels in mind. This class can be the first step back to physical fitness. This fun and engaging class that will build strength in the heart and limbs.
ABS & BACK
Tired of doing the same basic crunches? In this workout you’ll be led through a variety of effective exercises designed to work the entire abdominal area as well as focusing on the back.
CORE ATHLETICS
You will see great improvements in strength and flexibility as you challenge your mind and body with this fluid-like class. The class will not only aim to strengthen the core, but will utilize weights to provide total-body conditioning using athletic drills.
KICKBOXING
This high-energy cardiovascular class utilizes kickboxing movements and upbeat music to create a total body endurance workout. Experience combinations of punches, kicks and athletic drills designed to turn up the intensity.
Core & Kick- Incorporates kickboxing with core strengthening exercises.
FOREVER FIT
Whether you are a group fitness veteran or a newcomer, this class can be customized to meet the needs of the independent older adult, those that are new to fitness or recovering from injuries. The exercises are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. For standing and seated support, a chair can be incorporated to the workout.
ZUMBA
