• We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure pre-treatment check–in and relaxation
  

• If you are up to 15 minutes late we can still provide you service, however, you may not receive the entire service that you were scheduled for.
  

• If you are unable to make you scheduled appointment , we require a  24 hour cancellation notice.  Late notice
  

• cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
