Damian Burt is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Damian is also a certified massage therapist at Generations. Damian combines his knowledge and talents in both areas to provide comprehensive wellness therapy to all his clients. He enjoys helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their personal goals for health and fitness. Damian is a positive, upbeat part of the Generations family that is always up for a challenge in his personal or professional life.
Alex Cecil has a BS in clinical nutrition from UC Davis and is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She combines her knowledge of nutrition and exercise to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Outside the gym, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, backpacking, reading and cooking.
Jill Boan has been teaching and training in the industry for 18 years. She specializes in working with the Aging Adults. She enjoys working with the new exerciser. She loves to get someone going from the beginning and excited about changing. She wants to teach people that they can do it and that exercise is not just for the athlete, but everyone can get better and stronger. Jill is married with 2 kids. Her hobbies are hiking, trail running and spending time with her family.
Dana Harris has been an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer for 10 years. Her certifications include lifestyle weight management, childhood and adolescent nutrition and childhood obesity. One of the reason she became a personal trainer was because she wanted to help people to become fit, stay fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Besides the gym, some of her hobbies include kayaking, fishing, gardening and being with family and friends.
