Brief Explanation of 5 Components of Fitness
1. Food intake when food intake in =energy expended ideal
weight is the result
2. Cardio Respiratory Training for fat mobilization
3. Vitamins/supplements for increased nutrient demands of
exercise w/out the increase calories
4. Resistance Training to increase or preserve lean body mass
5. Personal Assistance– individualizing the above 4 components
to reach fitness goals realistically.
Run a computerized Vitamin/Supplement Profile-VSC
Go over basics of cardio equipment
Go through basic settings on 5 to 6 pieces of weight equipment and discuss a generalized work out plan.
1. Muscle group each piece of equipment works
2. How to set the correct adjustments, ie: seat height
3. # of sets and repetitions of each exercise

This includes skin fold caliper measurements, calculation of Body Mass Index, body measurements and % of fat to lean body mass. (10 min)
This is designed to help you determine your level of fitness. Testing includes: cardiovascular
– to help determine proper heart rate training zones and flexibility. (25 min)
Anaerobic Threshold Testing

This is a simple and accurate method to determine your anaerobic threshold. This will help in
determining proper heart rate training zones and is an absolutely necessary component of
attaining peak fitness levels. (20 min)
Personalized Private Yoga 




$65
This is an opportunity to work one on one with a yoga instructor to balance body, mind and spirit. Private yoga will allow you to work at your level of comfort, help you reduce stress, gain strength and flexibility, help heal chronic or acute pain and even sleep more soundly. Discounts for packages and semi-private training available.
This is a personalized program to help realign your body. A trainer will use a mapping system to
develop a program that will help you establish optimal postural control and develop proper muscle
balance and core strength. This will include a 10 minute initial mapping session and 30 minutes of floor training.
Gen– X Plyometrics Training





These training sessions offer a fun, affordable and educational speed training experience for
athletes who are looking to improve their physical performance and confidence levels. We will be working on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is intense and utilizes advanced training methodologies to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus.
