We will strategically create supportive habits, routines, and rituals that give you the sanctuary you need with the freedom you want. I provide guided self-help with accountability and support, proven to improve results. I promote health at every size and every age.
We can work in the gym, at your home, or via Zoom, to suit your comfort level.
