As a locally owned, family-operated business, we've built more than a fitness center, we've created a welcoming place where people of every age, ability, and fitness level feel supported, encouraged, and inspired.

Whether you're here to improve your health, recover from an injury, reduce stress, or simply invest in yourself, our team is here to help you every step of the way.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Wendy & Andy Quist

For Wendy & Andy, Generations has always been about people first.

Together with their family, they have created a health club where members are known by name, relationships matter, and wellness extends far beyond the workout floor. Their vision has always been to provide a welcoming space where anyone, regardless of age or experience, can find the support, guidance, and community they need to live healthier, happier lives.

Today, that vision continues through every trainer, instructor, therapist, and staff member who shares the same commitment to helping people thrive.

"My dream was to create a place where everyone feels like they belong. A place where fitness isn't intimidating, where families can grow healthier together, and where every person who walks through our doors knows they have a team that genuinely cares about their success. More than 25 years later, I'm grateful that Generations has become exactly that for so many people in our community."

- Wendy Quist, Owner
