If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Late notice cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the treatment price. Our services require your promptness. If you are up to 15 minutes late we can provide you with an abbreviated appointment. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
